Positive: Excellent aspects of the hotel: staff friendliness; location and breakfast - all top notch.

Negative: Very little to say negatively - the only minor point would be that guests of the hotel shouldn't have to pay to use the Ginko skybar.

Summary: Great visit to Madrid, made special by all the nice little touches of the hotel.
