Summer and winter enjoy the stay of 35m ² with its cathedral hall open on a mezzanine, the living room serves a dining room with one side access to the outdoor terrace and the other separate kitchen.
On the ground floor, you also expect a master suite with a bedroom (bed 160x200) with built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with bath, and a separate toilet.
Always on the ground floor with independent access to the outside: a second double bedroom (160x200 bed), a separate toilet and a third bedroom / office with a convertible (Ideal to accommodate a child in bed umbrella).
Upstairs, you will arrive on an open mezzanine with balcony decorated on the theme of our travels in Africa; we have converted into a relaxation area with a meridian (extra mattress 90X200) and a flat screen TV. A corridor opens onto a fourth bedroom "children" with two single beds "trundle" and two beds drawers (4 beds of 90x200 including two bed rails), and finally a fifth double room (bed 160x200), with a room modern bath with Italian shower and toilet.
Outside, you can relax on the terrace and its garden, enjoy the pool (May to September) secured a barrier for children and its deckchairs. And finally, spend pleasant evenings around a barbecue and an outdoor table protected by a blind.
A garage and driveway can park up to 3 cars.
A bike path in greenway passes next to the house and can reach the beach of Barcarès (5km) or the villages of Torreilles (3km), Le Barcarès (4 km), Sainte-Marie (8 km), or Rivesaltes ( 15 km). You can walk to the bakery, supermarket and village. Saint Laurent de la Salanque is a village of 9,800 inhabitants. Guests can go shopping at the popular Mediterranean market every Thursday and Sunday morning.
