Positive: The room was excellent and exactly as described and in the pictures. Online check in worked perfectly and reception desk was available for questions (we needed to ask about the safe). Our return flight was cancelled and we needed to stay an extra day. The reception staff could not have been more helpful and quickly booked us the same room for an extra night.

Summary: Perfect stay that exceeded expectations.
