Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff, entertainment crew were always so lovely, and made our stay extra special. The evening entertainment is probably the best I have experienced with many all inclusive stays around the world. The views around the hotel are stunning. The facilities were amazing. We stayed in the recently opened rooms by reception which had a seperate pool split between a few rooms which was a lovely extra touch. The buffet food was lovely. Lots of options each day. It was a little luke warm by the time you sat down to eat, but that is pretty normal for buffet food. There was a microwave if you wanted to heat it up. The shuttle to the beach and the one a la carte visit was really easy to book with no issues. We were very happy with our stay and would 100% go again.

Negative: The gym was very outdated, and a lot of the equipment did not work. If they updated this. It would make the hotel extra lovely. The shower basen leaked quite badly, but is an easy fix.
