3 Bedroom House in Sidi Bouzid

I am renting out my duplex in a supervised residence in Sidi Bouzid *, with terraces, garden and garage space.
Ideally located in a secure residence, very quiet, comfortable, neat decoration, large terrace-solarium, private garden and an integrated Carport. The construction is recent, with swimming pool and close to the beach (5 minutes on foot!).
Grocer, restaurants, cafes within 5 min walk.
Covering an area of 180 m², my duplex has two levels and a solarium terrace (ground floor + floor + terrace) without forgetting the private garden.
The residence has a circular swimming pool (with a small children's pool) and accessible from April to November. The water is at an ideal temperature because it is very well exposed to the sun.
The duplex has:
- 3 large bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds (90x200) and one bedroom with a double bed (180x200)
- 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

Summary: Salim, the owner, was very helpful even though we didn't get to meet in person. He was replying timely by phone or text to our questions and went out of his way to provide any add'l info we needed to make our stay pleasurable. The apt was very clean and very well stocked with all necessary kitchen, bath, and bedroom supplies. The decor is modern and the beds are comfortable. The residence itself is clean and professionally secured. The surrounding area however still needs improvement. The main path leading to the beach is littered with trash and the road is not paved or very lousily maintained at best. Once you get to the beach/ocean, which is only 5 min walk from the residence, the gorgeous view of the waves crashing into the high rocks is unfortunately hindered by the human trash all over the rocks and the sand. Overall though, we had a good time there thanks to the comfortable accommodations in Salim's home, and its relatively convenient location to the beach, food shopping stores, and some nice restaurants (Requin Bleu and Logo).
