Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Casablanca City Center, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. From the moment I arrived, every team member was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The level of hospitality was outstanding and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. A very special thanks to Umaima, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. She handled every request with a smile and made the stay feel personal and memorable. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-located, with comfortable rooms and excellent service standards. Thanks to the amazing team, this stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca and will definitely return.
