Positive: Good apartment

Negative: Reception is very poor. There's hardly anyone there to sort you out in case of issues. I waited outside the gate for two hours before checking in. No staff at the reception as at 3pm I got there, you have to call a number and the person on the other side will say because I booked through booking.com they don't have my details so I have to wait outside until she sends a form to my email for me to provide my complete details including my credit card details even after I have paid through booking. It's very frustrating. A hotel of that quality and standard should have a dedicated reception.
