Summary: Literally not a single amenity in the room - not even a TV! It's very odd that they need a deposit when they only have a bed and lamps in the room. It felt like we were being punished for staying at this hotel - as if we came here for free? Maybe that's the deal they have with Hotels.com - give the darkest room with no amenities.
