Positive: The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. They even offered a complimentary room decoration, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with perfect blackout electronic curtains for a great night’s sleep. The hotel is a cozy two-story property, perched high up beside the clouds, offering a calm and cozy atmosphere. At night, we needed a taxi ride, and thankfully Miss Jannet personally picked us up and kindly refused any payment. Her hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Breakfast was delicious and Mediterranean in style, with fresh flavors that set the tone for the day. The garden is beautiful and relaxing. We didn’t try the pool, so we’re not sure about the temperature, but it’s good to note that you should bring your own towels if you plan to use it. I also appreciated that the hotel texted me in advance, letting me know to bring a jacket because it gets cold at night even in summer, and informing me that payment would be in cash. Both were very thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, warm hospitality, and a breathtaking escape above the clouds.

Negative: Areas for Improvement The hotel is charming, but as a two-story property it would benefit from some renovation or renewal to bring everything up to the same high standard as the service and atmosphere.
