Summary: Room was dirty. Dirty towels, bedding, coffee machine and floors. No slippers with bath robes for the spa. Spa facilities were limited to an hour a day even with the ‘spa room’. The spa was awful anyway and steam room stink of damp. The spa is nowhere near the pool either. This hotel is hardly ‘prestige’.
