Summary: Got an underground room -2 which was not pleasent. I showed up mid day and was told check in was at 2 PM. Came back at 4:15 PM only to be informed that room was not ready. When I insisted because had a wedding to go to, was given this less than ideal room. They could have easily given me an upgraded room or offer it for a price but no gesture was made
