Positive: The price and parking. The receptionist in the morning was very helpful as there was a technical issues.

Negative: At the check-in the door was locked and no receptionist let us in, the check in machine was out of order. So after a bit of the struggle, one of the guests let us in to speak with the receptionist who arrived and just sat behind the desk. She was very rude for whatever reason although she was fluent in English as we can't speak French.
