Positive: Great location and great value for money. The breakfast was terrific.

Negative: Like other reviewers I found it very noisy. There is a bar near reception and people gather on the adjacent veranda to talk and smoke. This continued until about 11:00-11:30 PM after which it was much quieter.

Summary: Great value, nice breakfast. Can be noisy.
