Summary: We had a very nice and pleasant stay at this cozy hotel in Evian. Perfect location near the lake promenade and city center. Free shuttle from the train station. Comfortable room with nice view towards the lake. Good and quite variate breakfast. Nice spa (not included in our room category) with massage offers by experienced therapist. My mother appreciated the 50 min soft massage. Nice and friendly personnel who are ready to help with all you need. We appreciated that the hotel was ready to pay us back one last night in case we needed to leave earlier, but in the end it was not necessary. In summary, we strongly recommend this hotel.
