Summary: The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The room is very clean and well maintained. We made a good choice in booking a room with balcony. Having a cup of coffee in a good weather at the balcony is so chill. Having air-conditioner is also a great surprise! The location is great too! It is not at the centre but it just takes 5-7 mins to walk to the train station, 20-30mins walk or 10mins by tram to old town. We enjoy the quietness by staying in an area with more locals than tourists.
