Positive: This is the perfect answer for someone who wants value for money ski-in ski-out accommodation. The bedrooms are functional - don’t expect any luxuries - and perhaps a little tired, but entirely adequate for a ski trip. Public spaces have a bit more to them, creating relaxing and comfortable opportunities to enjoy meals and a quiet escape. Food was excellent for the price, sensibly avoiding an over-extensive dinner menu and a great variety of choices for breakfast. Staff were all very enthusiastic and keen to help us have an enjoyable holiday. The small spa offering (primarily sauna) was excellent.

Negative: Showers in bedrooms could be improved and updated, but not a major issue even considering their importance on a skiing holiday.

Summary: Best value for money budget ski hotel I have ever found
