Summary: The hotel was great. Hotels.com however was a nightmare. Fun fact, book your hotels via the hotel’s direct website. Hotels.com and its subsidiaries (Expedia, Travelocity, etc.) take almost 80% of the profit of small local hotels. The hotel itself is fantastic and easy to work with, the conglomerate of hotels.com is not. You’re welcome
