Positive: Room upgrade, modified their set menu to accommodate our vegetarian preferences, manager excellent and provided individualized attention, facilities are gorgeous. Truly unique hotel. Weather poor during visit, ruled out any hikes in the valley, but this was no fault of the hotel. In fact, if we were going to be stuck somewhere in poor weather, this would have been the place! I would assume that this place would be heavenly in good weather. Not to be missed.

Negative: Hammam for couple was good, but not great compared to other 5-star experiences. Facial in spa was ok. Heat is from fireplace and took a while to get going. Quality of alcoholic cocktail was not good, but manager made it up with a bottle of wine.
