Positive: Incredibly friendly staff: truly 5* staff, beautiful and well looked after garden, lovely looking pool area, stunning view, great interior decor, great free shuttle service to Marrakesh, lots of activities can be organised. Super clean rooms.

Negative: There is barely any wifi (we had 2 days without any WiFi or data, 3 days of extreme patchiness out of 8 day stay) and you can’t rely on data as there is no service. Staff was very kind about it and tried to help but there’s not much that could be done. We also had many electricity outages and no water for a day. Would strongly avoid if need to work or if worried about emergencies. The walls between the rooms are extremely thin to the point that we could distinctly hear the conversations of our neighbours who were not particularly loud. The tennis court is in very poor state, the sauna was not working. We had a hammam and the lady showed up 20 minutes late and then shortened our service by as much time without discount, that said I believe this service is external to the hotel.

Summary: Beautiful relaxing stay but be mindful of wifi and room wall thickness
