Positive: Bed was comfortable

Negative: We came in late, 10pm, after 3hrs of driving because our plane had come in late. While we sent messages of our late arrival, everyone had gone and the security gates were closed. Unfortunately the owner had not left our key with the security guard, but fortunately a very nice man passed by and made few phone calls and we were let in to finally found our beds. We had 3 exhausted kids. Another surprise was that this hotel was in a port. While it was relatively quiet at night and in the morning, it was nothing like we expected based on the photos very well done. The hotel had seen better days not doubt, but what remained is a clean place with everything starting to fall appart. We thought we would be chilling in the morning and the kids would play, but we were out first thing. I would say the most disappointing thing of this all is how expensive it was for the nothing we got. We had just came from paying the same in Cabo and that was wonderful. Thr Cantamar is WAY overpriced. This should be 50USD max.
