Summary: Room was fine and breakfast was good. But check-in process did not go smoothly. We were told by Reception that they could not find our booking and was instructed to go to CityLofts at the 4th floor of the building. We were turned away at City Lofts and was told to go back to C&W. Then C&W staff told us to wait in the dining area while they verify our booking. After 1 hour, I went to Reception to follow-up for our room and that's the only time they searched for our booking and was asked again to wait for half hour to get our room ready. New staff was poorly trained and our stay at C&W went off to a bad start. One week after our stay, my new credit card that I only used at C&W was hacked and had to be cancelled due to unauthorized charges. Not a good experience to say the least.
