Summary: Great location, just a block from the beach. Service was friendly. Condition of the room was ok. In general, the rooms need to be renovated as the furniture looked old, and the bathroom looked worn out. The soundproofing wasn't good: I could hear people in the adjoining rooms, especially from the bathroom. The breakfast included in my stay was nice, though some of the cooked food was inedible. Overall, an ok stay, but I wouldn't classify this as a 4-star hotel...definitely a solid 3-star hotel.
