Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The order and delivery process for breakfast was chaotic. Departs from all normal restaurant and customer service norms. It needs to be completely revamped because it is busting the hotel extra money wasted time and poor customer service reaction. It's not the employee's fault it is the system that was set up it fails miserably

Summary: Hotel staff was delightful friendly and respectful. But as a business traveler breakfast was a waste
