An apartment just renovated 115 M2 in a beautiful house of the 19th century, stone and thick walls. Located 6 km from a beautiful beach (Algajola / Aregno plage) driving through a beautiful valley, the large windows have views of the mountain (Monte Grosso) and typical villages on the opposite side. Two easy levels going up to the living spaces, with few steps.
This magnificent restoration has what the usual villas do not have: the charm of a traditional village, another dimension. The huge vaulted kitchen (from the times of the Genoese) and the living room / lounge have air conditioning. The rooms, at the level of the plot, do not need it because the walls are thick, the rooms are always fresh.
Many options for walking and going out, whether to walk or go to the restaurant. Very quiet you can relax in the space outside (which I intend to plant with trees) in the evening, at a more pleasant temperature than by the sea because a little higher above.
Bright and airy throughout, the living room boasts wide windows that look out towards the valley and mountains.
