Wonderful location, close to Paris (few blocks to Metro line 1 Saint Mandé), close to the Bois de Vincennes (park, zoo), the Chateau de Vincennes & RER out to Euro Disney.
This is an authentic 1904 apartment with rustic charm, & turn of the century interior including marble fireplaces & original (refinished) wood floors. At the time of construction, insulation had different standards than today.
The space
This is an authentic 1904 apartment with rustic charm and turn of the century interior including marble fireplaces (no fires allowed) and original (refinished) wood floors. There is good light in the apartment, and it is just across from a small neighborhood "place". There are some pocket parks nearby, and it is just blocks from the Bois/Parc de Vincennes. There is wifi. At the time of construction, noise insulation had different standards than today. Since noise travels, please be considerate of our neighbors.
The Rooms & the Beds:
There are two bedrooms, each has a Full bed (140cm x 190cm). The white bedroom is a little larger (14.62 m2) with a very large armoire and a small desk. The orange bedroom is a little smaller (12.80 m2) and has a futon couch (for more bed space) and small armoire.
The Shower:
The shower entrance is very small: 40 cm (15.75 inches) wide only!
The WC:
WC = Water Closet. That is what it is. Built in 1904 (actually there may not have been bathrooms inside the building in 1904), it is small.

Guest access
The entire apartment is available, except the small cupboards in the hallway (above your head) and the corner cupboard in the white room.

Supplied:
Toilet paper.
Towels: 4 towels, 4 washcloths, and a bathmat are provided. There are dish towels in the kitchen.
Sheets: There are sheets (flat & fitted) for each bed, 4 comforters, and 8 pillows.
Electricity:
You should probably bring a couple universal plugs if you are coming from outside of Europe.
Appliances:
There’s a coffee maker, a small hair dryer, a small microwave, a washer and a dryer, a dishwasher, an induction stovetop and a gas oven, and sorry but the fridge handles broke but the fridge works!
When you leave:
Please take out the trash when you leave, please remove any perishables, and please do the dishes.
Please strip beds and put used linens and towels in a pile.
You are invited to leave any non-perishable items: unneeded toiletries and non-spoiling staples.
Miscellaneous:
No fires in the Fireplaces.
Light bulbs are in drawer of buffet in the dining/living room.
