Positive: The location was excellent, very close to the Bangladeshi Embassy, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The staff were amazing — genuinely kind, helpful, and professional — and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent. I would happily stay here again and hope the points mentioned in the “What didn’t you like?” section are improved in the future.

Negative: The room was clean, but the layout felt a bit impractical, with three nightstands for two beds. There were only two-pin power sockets, which made it difficult to use our chargers, so we needed an extension, which the staff kindly provided. While the bathroom was modern, there was no shattaf (only a bidet), and the absence of a mini fridge was inconvenient as my cousin needed to store insulin. Occasionally, dogs could be heard barking outside after midnight.
