Summary: Staff (khaoula) was very accommodating of an early check-in and helpful to us at check-in. However, we saw other guests in experiencing delays and issues checking in. The apartment was large and well heated, but not super clean, and was a bit rundown with scuffed walls, peeling caulk, key that got stuck in the door, and the kitchen ceiling leaked overnight. Construction workers outside hit a water main causing water to be unavailable for several hours during the day.
