Summary: We booked the Riad for 4 nights, paid full price, but one of the owners was living there those days, so we had to share house, pool and kitchen with him. Although he is very nice and helpful, that is, obviously, not what we booked. After telling the owner, it's all "I am sorry", but not a glimpse of regret or refunding. The result was not feeling at home. If we would have wanted to share the house, for that price we could have stayed at a nicer Riad with better services (bigger pools, nicer showers, other facilities.). The Riad itself is nice, has a good location and Saida is wonderful. But we really didn't feel confortable. Not our best vacation..
