Positive: It was our third stay in Vittoria Immobilier. The apartments are well located (close to the sea and shop) and the atmosphere is friendly for families with kids and pets.

Negative: When booking we chose an expensive apartment with a lot of cupboards (since we travel with kids) and air-conditioner. However, when we arrived, we were disappointed to find that 2 out of 3 cupboards were filled with owner's personal belongings and taped over with inscription "prive". The air conditioner was very weak and did not cool to the temperature we set (minimum +25 after 1 hour of work). The parking was provided in the other building (7 min of walk). Furtheremore, at the middle of our stay the electric hob suddenly stopped working and though we informed the agency about it, as well as about the air conditioner, nothing was done to solve the problems. To sum up: we recommend the agency to carefully study the condition of the apartments and solve with the owner all the issues, including: remove the personal belongings and repair the air conditioner. PS: Previous time we stayed at 25% cheaper Vittoria Immobilier apartment , but it was 100% match for its price with air conditioner and furniture that fit the description.
