The house has a beautiful large mural in the backyard made by a well-known Aragonese artist, through the village passes the greenway (ideal for hiking and mountain biking), you can enjoy the cuisine of the city of Teruel. Concud is a quiet rural neighborhood with the most important paleontological site in the world in its genre. In the streets of the neighborhood there are beautiful murals made by the residents of the town with the animals found in the deposit "BARRANCO DE LAS MARAVILLAS" (hence the name of the house). It is half an hour away from Albarracín, a National Monument town since 1961 and a Gold Medal to the merits in Fine Arts.
