The house is located in sunny area, high standing, overlooking the sea and mountains, with free parking, with absolute peace of day and night. From the street you have direct access to the house, surrounded by green areas, terraces and the private pool.

On the second floor there are 4 rooms: one double - a suite with a frame and a full bathroom, two triple and one double, and another full bathroom, as well as a room with a washing machine, dryer and iron. All rooms and bathrooms are exterior and in the living room there is a large sofa bed for 2-3 people if required.
