Negative: There was a maintenance problem and we had to move rooms. It was after a long day out. So we moved all of our belongings into a smaller room. Was set up for one person so one towel etc so we then had to ask for supplies. Feel maybe there could have been a complimentary drink for this but wasnt acknowledged
