Summary: Our stay was enjoyable, though there were a few areas that could be improved. It would have been helpful to see photos of the surrounding areas online so guests could have a better sense of what to expect. The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. However, the pillows had visible stains, which suggested they hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bathroom was decent, though there were occasional issues with the hot water cutting off. The views were stunning, and the bed was very comfortable. We did feel a bit ripped off when we paid $60 USD for two SIM cards, which seemed overpriced. Additionally, we decided to book our excursion through the hotel, but it wasn’t as seamless as we hoped. The property has great potential, but improvements in cleanliness and pricing transparency would make a big difference.
