Positive: Great pool, fantastic property. Amazing views - watch the sunrise over the Saronic Gulf - and fully equipped in every respect. Walking distance to nice pebbly beaches with clear water and friendly Greeks, good coffee and food. Easy driving for Corinth, Mycenae and lots of magical places. We loved the Heraion.

Negative: Equipment is old in many cases - not really an issue. The oven broke upstairs, but the staff rushed in to fix it the following day. The area is noisy, with dogs barking and various alarms at night.
