Summary: Very close to the bus. Grab the 19s to the ferry or the 10a to the mall. The hotel is in need of repairs but in its day it was quite nice. If ya look past the needed repairs the rest is comfortable. There's a market and pastry shop walking distance and lots of food options up the road. Would I stay here again? Yes. Would my parents, probably not. Would I recommend this place? Yes.
