Magnificent features for this new villa facing the sea, in the private and secure Anthéor estate. It sleeps up to 10 people in comfort, with stunning sea views, air conditioning in every room and a heated swimming pool. Built on 3 levels, it comprises a lovely, bright living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a large dining area, a double bedroom with a 140x200 bed, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a separate toilet. In front of the house is a large covered terrace, enclosed by sliding glass doors, where you can enjoy the splendid view of the sea and the Esterel massif in all seasons.
Upstairs is a lovely bedroom with a 180x200 double bed and en-suite shower room with wc, a mezzanine with sofa bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds.
On the lower level is a 4th bedroom with a 180x200 double bed, a 5th bedroom with two bunk beds, a shower room with toilet and a second kitchen area.
Outside, there are lovely wood-panelled terraces, a lovely free-form swimming pool (with alarm) heated according to the season, and the omnipresent sea view.
The sandy beach of Anthéor and the lovely little coves along the seafront are within easy walking distance of the house. Garage for one car, with the option of parking a second vehicle in the driveway or in front of the boundary wall.
Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).

Summary: Overall we had a very pleasant stay at this nice summer house with the most stunning view! We liked the area with walking distance to a beach, a little shop at the camping were you can buy necessities, and also there are a bistro nearby. With car you will also reach lovely Agay easily, and Cannes is not far away.The house is very clean and light with five nice bed rooms, and the kitchen is good with everything you need. There is also an annex where you can use the barbecue and eat, it's a covered area. It's not the most beautiful space, it really need som love, but it's a great place to sit and eat at night.We think that it would be so much better to raise the price a bit and include towels and linen instead, and of course, also provide pool towels.Our hosts were super nice and easy to get in touch with. Overall a fantastic vacation Fantastic view! Nice location, and the little shop at the camping site was a big plus. We took morning walks to buy freshly baked croissants! Great kitchen area with everything you need and two fridges. Nice, great sized bedrooms with AC in all of them. 3 nice bathrooms on each floor.- Not enough sun beds for all 8.- The pool is smaller then it looks in the pictures, and the pool area is also small and only have place for 5 sun beds.- Not enough space for 8 people in the lounge sofa outside on the terrace, we would have loved to have at least two need two additional lounge chairs.- The beds were not super comfy, but ok :)
