Our house is located at the top of a hill and it is very private. It is distributed on two floors (with two independent apartments joined by the lounge area). The lounge area is perfect for family meals and is very relaxing. The pool is large and the neighborhood is very quiet. Beaches and resorts are only a 10-15 minute drive away for those seeking the beach, entertainment and restaurants.
The villa is on 2 floors. The upper floor consists of an entrance hall, toilet, large living/dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. There are two bedrooms (one with one single bed and the other with a double bed), a bathroom with bath, washbasin, shower and toilet and a large balcony with great views towards the mountains and sea.

Stairs to lower floor: master bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom.
Entrance to a large covered terrace with BBQ, lounge-corner and a big dining table (2.60 meters -8 seats). This terrace gives access via stairs to the large swimming pool.
From the terrace a door leads to an apartment with a living room and kitchen-corner, two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other with one single bed) and a bathroom with wash-basin, shower and toilet.

The access to the pool is fenced from both laterals so children cannot have access to it without an adult opening the gate. The covered terrace area also has a gate for extra protection so little children cannot get to the pool.
