Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The house is large, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the appliances needed for a comfortable holiday. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the garden is lovely, making it a great place to relax.

Negative: However, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. We stayed for 10 nights, and during that time there was no cleaning service and no change of towels or bed linen. There was also no welcome gift or even a simple information booklet explaining how to use the air conditioning or the hot water system. Only two bedrooms were unlocked. When I asked if another bedroom could be opened for just a few days, I was asked to pay an additional €570, which seemed excessive. The barbecue was another disappointment. It was very basic and not really functional, so I ended up buying a new one to be able to enjoy outdoor grilling. Considering the beautiful garden and the generous outdoor space, a proper built-in barbecue would make a huge difference to the overall experience. Overall, the property has great potential thanks to its size, comfort, and outdoor areas, but the lack of basic guest services and attention to detail meant it did not fully meet our expectations.
