Just a 7-minute walk from Place Djemaa El Fna, in the highly sought-after Mouassine district, where designer boutiques, traditional crafts, trendy bars and restaurants, antique shops and must-see wonders such as the Dar El Bacha palace, the secret garden and the Mouassine museum rub shoulders, you'll appreciate this delightful riad decorated in a contemporary Orientalist style, nestled at the end of a peaceful Derb (cul-de-sac).

Rented in its entirety, the ground floor features an outdoor patio with whirlpool, a bhou (covered outdoor space) and, inside, a large living room opening onto the patio through high glass doors, comprising a lounge with fireplace and TV area, a dining area and a large, open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen. All with reversible air-conditioning.
On the 1st floor, 2 large bedrooms with double beds and a small bedroom with 2 single beds, all 3 with private bathroom/wc and reversible air-conditioning.

Summary: Overall its a nice Riad close to the shops, El Fna etc. But we were disappointed because of the hard noise in the morning from 7.00 am. coming from the construction work next door (large new Riad is being build). Since we asked up front if it was really quiet (and got that confirmed from owner) and it is adverstised as 'calm' we are disappointed, because one knows that this is an issue.
