Positive: This riad is wonderful! Everyone did their best to take care of us and make sure we had everything we needed — Said, Yahya, and the ladies who prepared our meals and took care of the rooms. Every single thing they did was driven by their desire to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We were a group of 17 people. We asked to have dinner at the riad one evening and, despite the challenge of preparing menus for such a large group, they did an incredible job. We also requested one very early breakfast at 6:00 a.m. because we were leaving early for Ouarzazate, and they arranged that perfectly as well. We also requested a large number of massages and hammam treatments, and the organization at the riad was absolutely perfect. Everything ran smoothly and professionally. They organized all of our transfers, including transportation to Jardin Majorelle, and everything happened exactly at the times we requested. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and every day when we returned, our rooms had been freshly tidied. We stayed for three nights, and after the second night our towels and bed linen were changed. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, and despite the cold weather, we visited it often. The inner courtyard with the pool is lovely, and the relaxation areas are well designed and very comfortable. The riad itself is quiet and well insulated from outside noise, even though it is located on a fairly busy street. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience an authentic riad in the Medina. Just as a note, Jemaa el-Fna square is about a 20-minute pleasant walk away.
