Positive: The staff were really helpful, Ms Aya, Mr. Abdullah, Mr. Moustafa the GM and almost everyone we met there. Everyone is smiling and made us feel welcomed. It was a good value for money as we had a good discount.

Negative: Check in took longer than expected, but they apologised and it was alright.
