Summary: We were in Marseille for the Olympic Sailing and Xavier’s place was an excellent base for the six of us. The convenience store is like having a huge pantry 30 steps away! The boulangerie 200 yds down the street is marvellous. The beds and linens are really good (we like firm). Having three bathrooms is super and the main one is a very good size. Kitchen area works really well - very well equipped. It was really hot and AC would have been a treat but there are many fans. Xavier is a super host and answered so many unique questions - always helpful and always responsive. And our son-in-law won a Bronze medal in the Men’s Skiff event so this is the cherry on top of our beautiful pile of memories from this place!
