Positive: Paradise in the Desert was truly a paradise several years back. But obviously, prolonged drought, Covid, and possibly other circumstances have done their damage. The place was once amazing, and it was sad to see its diminished state. I hope it recovers, because it truly is a gem waiting to be polished again. Staff was extremely nice and did their best to make our stay enjoyable, being at the ready to serve breakfast and carry luggage. The location is exceptional. It was one more experience in Morocco not to be forgotten!

Negative: State of bathroom, state of gardens. Staff seemed surprised at our arrival, and since then, I've seen where they have stopped taking reservations on Booking.com. I certainly hope owner/management problems are resolved.

Summary: Paradise in the Desert was a true paradise, but prolonged drought and Covid have done their damage
