Summary: It was mid. Can't say it's bad, but can't say it's good. Can't say it's dirty, but can't say it's clean. Good tea, bad coffee. Pros: polite, hard-working employees, amazing cake selection, vegetarian friendly. Cons: strange hotel layout with some rooms right next to shared spaces, which can be very loud at night. Cold food from the buffet not always fresh.
