Additional Amenities: TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer.
Free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Flexible check-in: Monday to Sunday, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A 50€ late check-in fee applies for arrivals after hours.
Apartment Rules:
No smoking inside the apartment. If this rule is violated, a 400€ fine will be charged, and the apartment will be immediately vacated.
No parties or events allowed. If a complaint is received or the police intervene, a 400€ fine will be charged, in addition to any police fines.
