Sleeping arrangements

The second bedroom offers two full beds - ideal for families or groups traveling together. The open living area centers around a 65` TV with ample seating for the whole group. Central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable no matter the season. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, cooking basics, and a Keurig coffee machine. A dining table brings the group together for meals, whether it`s a relaxed breakfast or an evening in after a full day out.

The home includes a free in-unit washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, iron, hangers, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Free parking on premises and free street parking are available. An EV charger (Tesla charger with integrated J1772 adapter, up to 44 mi of range per hour at 11.5 kW/48 amp output) is on-site for electric vehicles. Self check-in is via keypad with a unique code issued per reservation. The community has 24-hour gate security. Long-term stays are welcome. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge, subject to availability. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; a mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee.
Pet policy
Certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are considered at an additional fee. No cats.
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home - we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home (vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc.), so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.
NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).
