Summary: Its a lovely location once you familiarise yourself with the location. Service is grand, but very dependant on who is serving you. Cleaning services were not offered, not sure if I had to request them, had to go ask for fresh towels from housekeeping (who were very happy to help and I am highly appreciative of their service, absolutely lovely service indeed). Overall a good enough stay, but cleaning service and information request services were sub-par.
