Summary: Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was negative. It’s located in a beautiful area, but the overall condition shows a clear lack of maintenance and care. There were items scattered around common areas, the bathrooms were dirty, and everything felt generally neglected. The night before, the staff did not clean the tables, leaving food scraps that attracted cats climbing onto the tables. In the morning, there was no one at the front desk or in the restaurant; it wasn’t until 9 a.m. that staff began to appear, and only then was I able to have breakfast. For the price paid, the service was very poor. I would not recommend this hotel.
