Summary: Demotivated and grumpy staff who procrastinate and act negligently, seemingly to pressure guests into tipping. They lied about fixing my AC after I called them five times. I ended up spending my vacation on a sweaty bed, getting bitten by bugs on every exposed part of my body. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had from a hotel that claims to be five stars. I’m a well-traveled guest, and this stay completely failed to meet even basic hospitality standards.
