Both the street and the building are safe and quiet (they are very close to a Police Station), which makes it ideal to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.There is a 37'TV, heating and air conditioning in all rooms, parquet floors and the kitchen is equipped with high end electrical appliances: washing machine, dish washer, fridge.
